Omar is a logistics and management professional with over 10 years of experience, holding a degree in Accounting and a specialization in Supply Chain from Le Havre.
He spent 7 years leading sales strategies in the telecom sector and co-founded an e-commerce business.
Since 2022, he has served as the Founder and President of DiverTek, where he’s built strong partnerships with CompTIA, Cisco Networking Academy, and Avaya.
Omar is now working to establish a career college in Ottawa, focused on empowering diverse talent through specialized IT training.

His core expertise includes firewall management, IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and risk-based auditing. He is highly skilled in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices using frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST 800-53, and ITSG-33.
Hamza has successfully led numerous security assessments and compliance audits, providing valuable insights into secure IT operations.
He is currently pursuing the Government of Canada’s SA&A certification through the Canadian Centre for Cybersecurity (CSE).
